Privacy Policies

 

Port William Academy LLC complies with all state and federal laws, regulations, rules, and requirements related to the confidentiality of records and data security and privacy. As such, Port William Academy:

  • limits internal access to personally identifiable records
  • does not disclose any personally identifiable information to any other party, persons, company
  • maintains reasonable safeguards to maintain confidentiality of personally identifiable information in education records
  • adopts technologies, safeguards, and practices that align with the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Cybersecurity Framework
  • strictly refrains from selling personally identifiable information or disclosing it for any marketing or commercial purpose, or facilitate or permit its use or disclosure by any other party for any marketing or commercial purpose. 

 

User Agreement & Fulfillment Terms

 

  • All Heimler's History resources are sold as an annual (365 day), per-student/user license.
  • Teachers are prohibited to use or share any of these resources with their students or in their classrooms without purchasing bulk annual licenses for their students.
  • Users agree not to share, post, distribute, or sell any part(s) of Heimler's History's Copyrighted resources.
  • All resources are 100% digital. No resources will be sent by mail. When an order is placed, users will be automatically enrolled in the course(s).
  • Users can access their Heimler's History resources at any time by logging into their account Library. 

 

Refund Policy

 

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we only offer refunds if they meet the following criteria:

  1. It has been less than 30 days since the date of purchase

     AND
  2. Less than 25% of the total course video content has been viewed, OR 25% of PDFs have been accessed

 

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not exceeded the parameters above, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

 

Refund requests made after you have exceeded any of the above criteria are handled on a case by cases basis and are issued at the sole discretion of Heimler’s History.

 

Once a refund has been issued, all access to the product(s) being refunded will be terminated.
